Oh I absolutely love demonstrating the thrills of cookery to a live audience! As a professional cookery instructor of eight years, I have plenty of experience in delivering live cookery demonstrations to every demographic of audience. I also have a lot of experience championing specialty ingredients and incorporating branded products into demonstrations. I extensively research my subjects, guests and artefacts that I present so I can deliver a strong, informative and entertaining narrative to the audience.
